摘要
本文采用晶场理论,计算了MgO中Cr3+空位中心C4v、对称四角畸变的能级和EPR(电子顺磁共振)参量g=1.9824,g⊥=1.9808和D=-811×10-4cm-1,得到了与实验(g=1.9787±0.0006,g⊥=1.9827±0.0006和D=-819×10-4cm-1)一致的结果,解释了g因子各向异性的起因.
By using the crystal field theory, the author has calculated the energy levels of Cr 3+ vacancy center in MgO possessing C 4V symmetry and deduced the expressions for the g ‖=1.9824,g ⊥=1.9808 and D=-811×10 -4 cm -1 , the results are in agreement with the experiments (g ‖=1.9787±0.0006,g ⊥=1.9827±0.0006 and D=-819×10 -4 cm -1 )
