高粱叶中有机渗透调节物质对NaCl胁迫的响应 被引量:4

RESPONES OF THE ORGANIC OSMOTIC ADJUSTMENT SOLUTES IN THE LEAVES OF SORGHUM TO NaCl STRESS

摘要 用抗盐品种独角虎和盐敏感品种糖高梁为材料,研究了NaCl胁迫下成熟叶和生长叶及其叶鞘有机渗透调节物质含量的变化.NaCl胁迫下,两个品种生长叶的生长抑制均大于成熟叶,叶鞘大于叶片,糖高梁大于独角虎.叶片水势和渗透势明显下降,且糖高梁的下降大于独角虎,但压力势的变化不大.NaCl胁迫下,两个品种成熟叶和生长叶及其叶鞘脯氨酸、总游离氨基酸、总可溶性糖和蔗糖均明显增加,生长叶及其叶鞘的增加幅度大于成熟叶,糖高梁大于独角虎.在非盐胁迫下,生长叶叶片中脯氨酸、总可溶性糖和蔗糖均明显高于叶鞘,但NaCl胁迫后,四种物质在叶鞘中的含量均远高于叶片. The changes in organic osmotic adjustment solute contents in the mature and young blades and their sheathes of salt-tolerant(Du Jiao Hu)and salt-sensitive(Tang Gao Liang) Sorghum seedlings under NaCl stress were studied.Under NaCl stress,the growth inhibition of young leaf of both cultivars was bigger than that of mature leaf,the sheath bigger than that of the blade,and Tang Gao Liang bigger than that of Du Jiao Hu.Water potential and osmotic potential of the leaves were all decreased by NaCl stress,and the decrease of the water and osmotic potential of Tang Gao Liang was bigger than those of Du Jiao Hu,but no singificant change in the pressure potential was detected.Under NaCl stress,proline,total free amino acid,total soluble sugars and sucrose contents in the mature and young blades and their sheathes of both cultivars were markedly increased,and the degree of the increase was in orders:young leaves>mature leaves and Tand Gao Liang>Du Jiao Hu.The proline,total free amino acid,total soluble sugars and sucrose contents in the young blades of control plants were all higher than their sheathes.However,the four solute contents in the sheathes of NaCl-stressed plants were much higher than those in the blades.
