摘要
以通过灌服银杏叶提取物的适量游泳和力竭游泳的小鼠建立实验模型,测其肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)的活力和过氧化脂质水平.结果表明:灌服银杏叶提取物的小鼠的SOD、GSH—Px的活力均显著高于各自的对照组,丙二醛(MDA)的含量低于各自的对照组,因此运动产生的内源性自由基通过服用银杏叶提取物可减轻对小鼠的伤害,银杏叶提取物具有较强的抗自由基损伤和抗脂质过氧化损伤的作用。
This paper sets up an experimental modol of animals by pouring EGb through the throats of two groups of rats and then making one group swim for a proper period and another swim for an exhausting period. The activities of SOD and GSH-Px and contents of lipin poeroside of their livers are examined. It turns out that the activities of SOD and GSH-Px are much higher than MDA are much lower than their respective contrastive group. Therefore EGb can alleviate the effect of endogenous free radical on rats produced by exercise. EGb plays a very important role against the effect of free radical and lipis poeroxide. It is a kind of natural scavenger of free nadical.
