摘要
针对基于PLC控制的自动装配生产线提出一种新的程序编写方法,使PLC编程与专家故障诊断系统知识库、规则库的构建同步进行,由赋予权值的状态向量转换图生成PLC程序,提高了编程效率和准确性,避免了调试过程中由于程序引起的机械部件的干涉损坏.
A new programming method was put forward aiming at automated assembling based on PLC, which makes PLC programming synchronize with knowledge and rule database establishment of expert fault diagnosis system and the PLC program is generated by the state vector translation graph endowed weight value. Accordingly the programming efficiency and accuracy are improved and the mechanical part interference damage arisen from program is avoided during equipment debugging.
