摘要
目的:探讨头针治疗对CI所致VaD患者颅脑MRI形态学的影响。方法:将92例CI所致VaD患者随机分成头针治疗、西药治疗两组进行治疗,以西药治疗组作为对照组,观察治疗前后患者颅脑MRI片下外侧裂宽度、第三脑室宽度、平均脑沟宽度、额角指数、尾状核指数、侧脑室体积指数等六个指标的变化。结果:头针及西药治疗均能改善患者的临床症状,但两组患者治疗前后颅脑MRI各指标变化不明显,前后对比无显著性差异(P>0.05);组间对比亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:头针与西药治疗脑梗死所致痴呆疗效相当,但不能改善患者颅脑形态学指标。
Objective：To approach the scalp-acupuncture＇ s effect on the cranial MRI morphology in patients with vascular dementia induced by cerebral infarct.Method：92 VaD patients were randomly divided into two groups： Scalp-acupuncture group and drug group. The changes in lateral cerebral fissure width,third benUice sulcus,cerebralsulcus average width ,frontal hem index,caudate nudeus index and lateral ventrie body index were compared pre- and post-treatment.Results：Both therapy could improve the clinical symptom of the patients,but changes of those index pre- and post-treatment were not significant.There was no significant difference in AP contrast and interclass contrast（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：The scalp-acupuncture therapy can ＇ t improve cranial MRI.
