摘要
本文主要是探讨基层医院疼痛护理的管理流程。通过加强对基层医院护士在疼痛管理方面的教育,并将疼痛教育列入护士的继续教育项目内,使护士不断地更新知识,掌握疼痛管理的有关知识、技能,对有效止痛的重要性、疼痛的评估、止痛的方法进行系统的教育和培训。我们的技术路线具体步骤是:(1)常见疼痛的初级护理干预,初步评价疗效。(2)根据初步评价给药,再次评价疗效,再次给药。(3)重复上述步骤,直到取得较满意效果为止。在过程中注意各环节落实和有机链接,以及各环节的实际效果和全过程的有效管理。从而进一步探讨护理干预在常见疼痛管理中的重要性和职责,并根据临床患者常见的疼痛控制制定出疼痛的护理常规,最终明确护士在疼痛控制中的主体作用。
Objective ： Our paper is to explore the pain nursing management processes of basic - level hospitals mainly. Through the strengthening of basic - level hospital nurse in pain management education, and the pain education in the education programs to nurse, to make nurse constantly update their knowledge, grasps the pain management of relevant knowledge and the importance of effective stopping pain.evaluation of paln.method of stopping pain, and make systemic education and training. The following is our technical route specific steps： I ,to evaluate the preliminary efficacy of the treatment According to Primary nursing intervention of common pain. 2 ,According to the preliminary evaluation to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment again According to the preliminary evaluation , and give medicine again. 3 ,To repeat the above steps until obtain satisfactory results. To pay attention to the implementation of each link, the organic link of each link, the actual effect of each link and effective management of the whole process. To further explore the importance and responsibilities of nursing intervention, and according to the control of conventional pain with clinical patients, definite main role of nurse in control of conventional pain.
