摘要
根据CCD立靶坐标测量系统的工作原理,对系统测量精度进行了理论分析,建立了系统测量精度数学模型,利用计算机仿真技术对其进行仿真计算,1 m靶面的测量精度为0.8 mm×1.0 mm;4 m靶面的测量精度为3.0 mm×3.0 mm.通过理论计算和试验结果的对比,证明该数学模型可准确描绘系统的测量精度.
According to the operating principle of CCD-based vertical target coordinate measurement system, we theoretically analyzed the measuring precision and established its mathematical model. The computer simulation results show that the measuring precision is 0. 8 mm × 1.0 mm and 3.0 mm × 3.0 mm respectively when the target area is 1 m and 4 m. It has been proved that the model can accurately describe the measuring precision of the system by comparing the results of theoretical calculation and test data.
