摘要
利用添加表面活性剂降低煤粉和水的表面张力,使煤粉容易被水润湿。浆体具有一定的流动性,从而可被活性水从煤层细缝中冲去达到解堵的目的。通过对不同表面活性剂的解堵作用效果的研究表明:加入自制表面活性剂PS后,煤粉和水之间的表面张力明显减小,对煤层气有较好的解堵效果,实现煤层气的增产。
The surface tension of coal powder and water would be reduces by adding surfactant, and the coal powder is easy to be moisturized by water. The slurry has liquidity that could be washed away from the cracks by active water so as to remove the blockage. Based on the research on the blocking removal effect by different surfactant, the results show that the surface tension f coal powder and water reduces when the self- made surfactant PS is added, which could effectively remove the blockage of CBM and increase the production.
