摘要
目的探讨一种有效的健康教育的方法,为缓解外科手术患者对手术的恐惧与焦虑的心理,提高手术的安全性。方法对64例外科手术患者,采取抽签随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组32例。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者术前一天与当日入手术室即刻进行测评,且观察两组患者血压与心率等变化是否有差别。结果经整理资料,采取计量统计分析方法,两组差别有显著性(P<0.05),以观察组SAS低于对照组,血压、心率稳定性高于对照组。结论健康教育对提高患者认知,减轻其心理压力有作用。
Objective:To explore an effective method of health education for surgical patients to alleviate the fear and anxiety and to improve the safety of surgery. Methods: 64 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group by drawing lots, 32 cases in each group. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to assess the state of anxiety the day before the operation and immediatly into the operating room, respectively.And the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were observed. Results: By statistical analysis, differences between the two groups was significant (P〈 0.05). SAS of observation group is lower than the control group, but blood pressure and heart rate stability is higher than the control group. Conclusions: Health education will help patients to improve the cognitive and to reduce psychological pressure.
