摘要
目的探讨不同颌面部骨折治疗方法在愈合过程中的效果及影响。方法总结5年来我院收治颌面部骨折病人的不同治疗方法(牙弓夹板固定、钢丝骨间固定和微型钢板板固定)进行比较研究。结果基本上全部病人都能达到一期愈合,但牙弓夹板颌间牵引治疗面部骨折有一定的局限性,易出现术后口腔感染;钢丝骨间固定治疗损伤较大,术后反应大,肿胀,疼痛明显。微型钢板固定术效果显著,有利于患者的功能的早期恢复,但价格较贵,农村患者难以接受。结论坚固内固定技术治疗各类型骨折病人效果显著,特别是严重骨折的病人术后颌面部外型和口腔功能基本恢复正常,颌间牵引方法治疗前牙局限性的牙槽骨骨折效果可得到保证。
Objective： To explore the different methods of fracture treatment in the healing process as well as the effect. Methods： 5 years, our hospital patients with fractures of different treatment methods （arch splint fixation, wire fixation and microbone fixation plate） a comparative study. Results： All patients who are basically able to achieve a healing, but the inter-maxillary traction splint dental treatment of facial fractures has some limitations, readily after oral infection; wire fixation for the treatment of bone injury among the larger, after reaction, and swelling, pain significantly. The effect of mini-plate fixation significantly help patients with early recovery of function, but the price more expensive, diffucult to accept patients in rural areas. Conclusion： The treatment of rigid internal fixation of fracture patients with various types of results are obvious, especially after a serious fracture patients and oral and maxillofacial appearance returned to normal function, treatment of intcrmaxillary traction anterior alveolar fracture of the effect of the limitations of avalhhle guarantee.
