摘要
目前,煤矿安全形势严峻,大的事故频繁发生,给人民、社会带来巨大的损失。煤矿作为一个高危行业,由于生产环境的特殊性,条件多变性和不可知性,发生事故的机率较高,安全工作成为全社会关注的话题。从煤矿内因和社会原因两个方面进行分析,并结合国外煤矿安全管理的先进经验,总结出我国减少和预防煤矿事故的措施。
At present, the situation of coal mine＇ s safety is grim. Major accidents occurred frequently and brought huge losses to people and the society. As a high-risk industry, the probability of an accident is higher because of its special environment and the variable and unknown conditions, the problem of coal mine safety has increasingly caused concern in public. This article analyzes the internal factors and social reasons, furthermore it summarizes the measures to reduce and prevent the coal mine accident by combining with advanced experience of coal mine safety management of foreign countries.
