摘要
一次性复合保温模板是一种新型模板体系,此模板浇筑混凝土后不拆卸,而是作为建筑物的保温构造。该模板体系包括面板、边框、纵横肋、纵横楞、斜支柱、对拉螺栓等。利用ANSYS软件模拟计算了一次性保温模板体系各部分的变形,指出模板各部分布置基本上避免了模板系统两个方向的变形,且平整度满足刚度要求,最大应力小于钢材的屈服设计强度,使一次性复合保温模板达到验收规范标准。
Disposable composite insulation formwork is a new kind of formwork system. It is not disassembled after pouring, but as insulation structure. This system includes panel, side jamb, vertical and horizontal rib and comer, inclined strut, split bolt, etc. ANSYS software is applied to simulate partial deformations of disposable composite insulation formwork system, and it is pointed out that the formwork layout basically avoids two dimensional deformations, and the smoothness meets stiffness requirement, as well as that the maximum stress is less than design yield strength. This layout method makes disposable composite insulation formwork meet acceptance codes.
