摘要
大学精神的最基本的内涵是科学精神和人文精神,法律应是人文科学精神的结晶,但大学主体之一的大学生,其法律意识却并未与时俱进,这与大学精神危机不无关系。因此,要加强大学生法律意识建设,解决大学人文精神与科学精神的缺失问题已刻不容缓。
The most fundamental connotation of a vigorous university is scientific spirit and humanity spirit, the law should be fruit of cultural science, as a main part of college, the students＇ law consciousness did not advance with the time, which related with ideological crisis among college students closely. Therefore, it is urgent to reinforce awareness of law ideological construction, as well as to resolve the problems of lacking humanity spirit and the scientific spirit among college students.
