摘要
个人知识管理已逐渐引起学者们的关注,而对于个人知识管理绩效评估这个十分重要的领域却少有人研究过。本文在综合研究现有文献与理论的基础之上,构建个人知识管理绩效评估理论框架,然后,设计调查方案采集实际数据,运用部分最小二乘法(PLS)构建结构方程模型(SEM),验证个人知识管理过程、个人知识存量对个人知识管理绩效的影响程度。
Although personal knowledge management has gradually attracted attention from scholars, few people have studied the evaluation of personal knowledge management performance which is a very important field. Based on the comprehensive study of the existing literatures and theories, this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the evaluation of personal knowledge management performance. Then, the paper designs an investigation scheme to collect actual data, utilizes the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to construct the Structural Equation Model ( SEM), and verifies how the process of personal knowledge management and the personal knowledge stock influence the personal knowledge management performance.
