摘要
综合研讨盐酸苯肼法和乙酰丙酮法测定甲醛的优劣,GB/T5009.34测定SO2含量,通过实验证明盐酸苯肼法好于乙酰丙酮法,市售面制食品中确实添加了非食品添加剂-吊白块。
The acetylacetone method and phenylhydrazine hydrochloride method for detecting the formaldehyde remain quantity in foods were compared, and determinatted SO2 by GB/T5009.34. As a result, Phenylhydrazine hydrochloride method was better than acetylacetone method, formaldehyde sulfoxylate is not a food additive, but was added in wheaten food.
