超声波预处理脱乙酰化制备壳聚糖的研究 被引量:7

Chitosan preparation by deacetylation of chitin under ultrasonic pretreatment

摘要 探讨超声波预处理反应原料脱乙酰化制备壳聚糖的适宜条件。甲壳素和50%NaOH经超声波预处理1h后,在90℃下搅拌反应10h,获得壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为88.89%,黏度为98cp。本工艺仅对反应原料进行超声波预处理,不必改变传统制备工艺条件,产品脱乙酰度提高10%以上。 The suitable conditions of chitosan preparation by deacetylation of chitin under ultrasonic pretreatment on raw material were discussed. The mix solution of chitin and 50% NaOH were treated with ultrasonic for 1 hour, then the deacetylation reaction lasted 10 hours at 90℃. In this way, the deacetylation degree of prepared chitosan is 88.89% and viscosity is 98 cp. Compared with the traditional method, it does not change the condition of traditional process but the ultrasonic pretreatment on raw material, and increases the deacetylation degree more than 10%.
