摘要
选择150例孕囊直径＜3cm的健康正常早孕妇女，自愿口服Ru486配伍Misoprostol终止早孕并随访。完全流产率84％.完全流产组（Ⅰ组）用药前经期明显比不完全流产和失败组（Ⅱ组）短（P＜0.05）;两组流产后月经恢复状况无显著性差异.但二者流产后首次月经的经期都明显比用药前长（P＜0·01），周期恢复无显著性差异.
One hundred and fifty pregnant women with a gestational sac<3cm were treated with Ru486 followed by Misopristol for medical abortion.The complete abortion rate is 84%. Prolonged mestrual period was found for the first returned menstruation. The menstrual periods. before pregnancy in those who underwent complete abortion were shorter than those who experienced uncompleted abortion and abortion failure, but the returned menstruations had not significantly difference.
