摘要
异长春花碱（ＮＶＢ）是长春碱类的化疗新药，由于强烈的局部刺激作用，易导致静脉炎。为了减少静脉炎的发生，对３６例癌症病人９４例次化疗采用３种不同的方法给药。结果显示：将ＮＶＢ加入生理盐水１５０ｍｌ中并于２０ｍｉｎ～２５ｍｉｎ内静脉输入后，再用生理盐水５００ｍｌ沿此静脉快速输入，可减少静脉炎的发生。
Navelbine (NVB) is a new chemotherapeutic drug,having a strong local stimulation and apt to cause the phlebitis.To reduce the development of phlebitis,the different routes of administration of NVB were used to 36 patients (94 case -times) with cancer.The result suggests that an addition of NVB to 150 ml normal saline is infused into the vein for 20 min～25 min,and then 500 ml normal saline is quickly infused into the same vein,so the phlebitis may be reduced.
