摘要
用卡波姆-940为基质,0.3%氧氟沙星和0.5%甲硝唑制备复方凝胶剂。在制剂的质量控制中,采用紫外吸收双波长法和选用293、259、276、310nm同时测定其吸光度值Aλ,消除干扰和测定氧氟沙星及甲硝唑的含量。该复方凝胶剂制备工艺简便,药物释放速度适中,质量控制简便易行。
The Compound gel containing 0. 3%Ofloxacin and 0. 5% Metronidazloe was prepared by using hydrohilic gel of carbomer 940 as matrix.The process was simple and easy to perform. The wavelengths of 293, 259, 276, 310nm were chosen to be mesured for their absorption and the method of isoabsorption at biwavelength was used to eliminate the interferences in the determination of Ofloxacin and Metronidazole during the quality control. The rate of drugs release from the gel was slower by comparing to that of their solution.
