摘要
采用经典恒温加速法对氯霉素滴眼液的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明β-环糊精可延长氯霉素滴眼液的贮存期2.5倍。
The stability test of chloramphenicol eye drop was done by classic isothermal acceleration. The results showed that adding1.5%β-cyclodexdrin made the storage life prolong 2. 5times.
