摘要
透平压缩机双轴转子端面销连接结构中,销孔有很高的精度要求和很大的加工难度,受到设计尺寸及生产加工设备的限制。介绍一种采用镗模加工端面销孔的方法,简述镗床加工工艺和夹具设计方法。
Due to the high precision requirement and the difficulties in machining for pin-holes on end surface of an impeller, a new technological processing method is determined by means of a boring fixture , based on the current connecting method of dualshaft rotor in a turbine compressor, the impellers dimension and the available processing equipment. The boring fixture＇s structure and its design are also indicated.
