制造资源获取的过程模型及定量化分析

A process model for acquisition of manufacturing resources and its quantitative analysis

摘要 使用制造网格(MG)和智能体(Agent)综合的方法构建制造资源获取的过程模型,其中Agent包括需求Agent、任务Agent、执行Agent、资源Agent和MG服务Agent。采用Fuzzy Petri Nets(FPN)方法建立单个网格节点上制造资源获取的Petri nets模型和整个制造网格环境中制造资源获取的综合Petri nets模型。通过模糊逻辑推理方法,给出制造资源获取的定量分析方法。最后通过实例分析说明该方法的有效性。 A process model of manufacturing resource acquisition is constructed by using a synthetical way of manufacturing grid and Agents that include requirement Agents, task Agents, execution Agents and resource Agents. Based on the model, Stochastic Petri Nets(SPN) for resource acquisition of a simple grid node is presented, and Hybrid Petri Nets(HPN) that is compose of SPN and Fuzzy Petri Nets (FPN)for acquisition of all resources in the whole manufacturing grid environment is proposed. Quantitative analytical methods of manufacturing resource acquisition is given based on fuzzy logic reasoning approach. Finally, an example that analysis of the effectiveness of the method is presented.
