摘要
绩效管理是当今各类企业和组织面临的管理难题之一。传统体制下的勘察设计企业在向现代化企业转型过程中同样面临绩效管理变革难题。该文从勘察设计企业绩效管理特征和变革困惑入手,探讨绩效管理变革思路及相应的绩效管理工具应用。
The performance management is one of management difficulties faced by various enterprises and organizations now. The prospecting design enterprises under the traditional system also face the reform difficulty of performance management in the course of transforming into the modern enterprise. The article discusses the reform thinking of performance management and the application of the relative performance management tool trying from the performance management characteristic and thereform confusion of the prospecting design enterprises.
