摘要
为了实现企业业务处理流程的灵活性,许多广电网络运营商选择应用了工作流技术的综合业务运营支撑系统(BOSS)来构建其灵活的业务平台。工作流技术将业务处理流程的定义(过程逻辑)和业务功能的实现(应用组件)相分离,提高了企业的柔性。对工作流技术进行了全面的阐述,介绍了基于工作流的广电BOSS结构及工作流技术在广电BOSS中的实际应用,具有非常重要的借鉴意义。
To make the business process more flexible, many broadcasting and television operators adopt the workflow technology- based integrated business operation support system to create a flexible business platform. The workflow technology detaches the definition of the business process （process logic） from the implementation of the business functionality （application component）, which enhances the flexibility of enterprises. The workflow technology, the workflow-based broadcasting and television BOSS architecture are described in detail. The actual application of the workflow technology in broadcasting and television BOSS is also introduced, which provides a reference to relevant enterprises.
