Clinic evaluation of Bio-Oss artificial bone and Bio-gide collagen membrane in degree Ⅲ bifurcation involvement

摘要 目的:观察牙周引导组织再生术(GTR)联合应用Bio-Oss人工骨和Bio-gide胶原膜对Ⅲ度根分叉病变的疗效。方法:选取Ⅲ度根分叉病变患者40例46个患牙,随机分为实验组和对照组(各23例)。实验组采取翻瓣术,植入Bio-Oss人工骨粉,表面覆盖Bio-gide胶原膜,对照组只进行翻瓣术,分别记录实验组和对照组术前、术后8个月临床探诊深度和附着水平变化,并进行X射线检查以及统计学分析。结果:与术前相比两组术后根分叉垂直探诊深度、水平探诊深度、临床附着水平均明显减少,且有显著性差异,但实验组疗效优于对照组。结论:Bio-Oss人工骨成骨性能良好,与Bio-gide可吸收胶原膜联合应用于Ⅲ度根分叉病变,能明显改善临床指标。 AIM : To observe the effect of biocompatibility of Bio - Os artificial bone and Bio - gide in treatment of pathological area of root furcation. METHODS : 46 teeth with degree Ⅲ bifurcation involvement were divided into two groups. One was treated by Bio - Oss artificial bone and Bio - gide collagen membrane with GTR, while the other group was treated by routine Flap surgery. The result of treatment was analyzed. RESULTS : Compared with pre - operation , the following index such as VPD, HPD, CAL were significantly reduced in both groups. (P 〈 0.05 ). But the Bio -Oss artificial bone and Bio - gide collagen membrane with GTR group had better effect than the contrasted group. CONCLUSION: Bio -Oss artificial bone had good osseointegration. The Bio -Oss artificial bone grafting materials can be used in Ⅲ degree furcation involvement.
