摘要
在全球金融危机背景下,文化创意产业已成为国家产业结构调整、拉动内需经济、扩大就业的重要组成部分,其集聚形态——文化创意产业园区应具有孵化企业、扩大就业、鼓励创新和汇集资源等特点。本文从平台组织的视角研究了文化创意孵化器创造和整合资源的开放式管理模式。
Faced with financial crisis, creative industry has become one of the important industries of China in the economy transition, national demands stimulation and job enlargement. As a major form for industry concentration, creative industry cluster park should undertake the responsibility in incubating enterprises, enlarging job enrollment, encouraging innovations, and integrating resources. This paper studies the open management mode of creative business incubator to create and integrate social resources in the perspective of platform organization.
