摘要
天津钢铁公司在3500mm中厚板工程中,采用了工程管理的方法,对工程的的计划、目标、组织、施工进行科学的管理。总结了在项目中应用"工程管理"一些经验和体会。该项目通过科学的管理仅用19个月建成,生产能力和水平超过了设计水平。
The method of project management is applied on the 3500mm plate project of TISC to manage the plan, objective, organization and construction of the project, and some experiences and understandings are summarized. The project is completed within 19 months and the capacity and production level is beyond the design level by scientific management.
