摘要
采用Q235B坯料在天钢3500mm轧机上试轧制Q345B级别钢板。通过对Q235B坯料进行轧制温度、变形量分配及轧后钢板快速冷却等控制,使其达到Q345B钢板力学性能的要求。试轧结果,12mm厚钢板力学性能除8#和9#钢板之外,其余钢板完全达到Q345B级钢板力学性能的要求;20mm厚钢板屈服强度和延伸率全部符合Q345B级钢板力学性能的要求,抗拉强度合格率为50%。分析了试轧工艺及实验结果,并针对20mm厚钢板提出了工艺改进方案,为今后再次试轧及大批量生产奠定了坚实的工艺基础。
Q235B-grade billet is utilized to produce Q345B-grade plate at TISC 3,500 mm rolling mill. Controlling rolling temperature, deformation distribution and fast cooling after rolling on Q235B billet brings Q345B plate meeting the mechanical property requirement. The trail rolling results show the mechanical properties for 12 mm plate of all grades aside from 8# and 9# well meet the demand on those by Q345B plate; yield strength and elongation for 20 mm plate all comply with the mechanical property requirement by Q345B plate while the qualified ratio of tensile strength is 50%. The trail process and test results are analyzed and a process improvement plan for 20 mm plate is proposed, laying a solid process foundation for further trail and production in scale.
