摘要
应用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）检测了３２例癫痫患者及２０例对照组脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）γ－氨基丁酸（ＧＡＢＡ）、谷氨酸（ＧＬＵ）的变化。结果表明：癫痫患者ＣＳＦ中ＧＡＢＡ较对照组减少，而ＧＬＵ含量较对照组升高，相关分析发现二者之间呈直线负相关。提示：ＧＡＢＡ、ＧＬＵ参与了癫痫的发病。
The cerebrospinal fluid levels of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and glutamate(GLU)in 32 patients with epilepsy and 20 controls were measured by means of high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the mean GABA level in patients was markedly lower than that of the controls.Whereas the mean GLU level was markedly higher.There was negative correlation between GABA and GLU.The results indicated that GABA and GLU played a very important role in the development of epilepsy ,imbalance between them may be the cardinal cause in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.
