摘要
本文利用中国省际面板数据构建面板门槛模型,从金融发展视角讨论外商直接投资(FDI)与技术进步的关系,研究发现:目前,我国金融发展对技术进步还不存在显著的直接促进作用;而FDI对技术进步的促进作用,即FDI技术溢出存在显著的金融发展"双门槛效应";1994年以来,我国大多省份金融发展程度跨越了最低门槛值,FDI在这些省份存在显著的技术溢出效应;但由于还未跨越更高的门槛值,使得这些省份对溢出效应的吸收还不够充分。
The inter-province panel data was used to construct a threshold model, in order to analysis the relationship between FDI and technical progress based on the financial development perspective. The results show that financial development didn＇t promote the technical progress directly, however, the FDI technology spiUovers has the significant ＂Dual-threshold effect＂ based on financial development in China. Since 1994, the financial development of most provinces has been across the minimum threshold, so the FDI technology spillovers became significant in these provinces. However, it has not been across the higher threshold, and that made the FDI technology spillovers in these provinces were absorbed insufficiently.
