摘要
通过对我国农林高校图书馆学科馆员设置现状的调查,指出目前学科馆员服务制度在职责、人员配备等存在的问题,并提出了加强人才队伍建设、制订合理考核机制、提高学科馆员整体素质,向第二代学科馆员发展的措施与目标。
According to the investigation on the status of subject librarian in our agriculture and forestry universities,the author points out existing questions of responsibilities and personnel composing in subject librarian system,and proposes the suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of talented group,establish reasonable management system,enhance the overall quality of subject librarian and develop the subject librarian 2.0.
