摘要 着重介绍了目前国内外网上参考咨询的现状,并对我国图书馆网上参考咨询服务未来的发展提出了几点建议。 Modern This thesis mainly introduces the current situation of online reference service at home and abroad,Finally,some advice on future development of library online reference service in our country is put forward.
