摘要
简要论述了图书馆知识管理及核心竞争力,指出知识管理与核心竞争力是辩证的统一,要加强图书馆知识管理团队建设,深化知识服务,优化知识共享和创新体系,以提升图书馆核心竞争能力。
The paper briefly discusses the library knowledge management and core competitiveness, pointing out that knowl- edge management and core competitiveness are dialectical unification. We must strengthen construction of knowledge man- agement team of library, deepen knowledge service and optimize the system of knowledge sharing and innovation to promote the core competitiveness of library.
