摘要
鼻咽癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一。为了提高对鼻咽癌放射治疗前后ＣＴ表现的认识与诊断，本文回顾性对比分析了有完整病史资料及病理结果，并经ＣＴ检查的鼻咽癌者８８例的放射治疗前后的ＣＴ表现，继而评价放射治疗对鼻咽癌的治疗效果，从而确定是临床治愈、好转或复发，给临床下一步治疗提供可靠的依据。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in our country. To improve the recognition and diagnosis of CT for nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after the radiation treatment, 88 nasopharyngeal carcinoma examinated by CT with complete clinical informations and pathologic results were retrospectively analysed, and compared with controls before and after radiation treatment. The response of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma to radiation treatment was investigated. CT finding may determine to radiation treatment was investigated. CT finding may determine to be on the clinical cure, the mend or the attack of the nasopharyngeal carcinical before and after radiation treatment, and it can provides the most reliable assessment of the evidences for clincal future treatment.
