大环内酯类抗生素在呼吸系统疾病中的抗炎作用 被引量：18

摘要 大环内酯类抗生素的免疫调控作用越来越受到关注，对呼吸系统炎症性疾病的治疗作用受到临床医师的肯定。本文就红霉素及其衍生物罗红霉素、克拉霉素、阿奇霉素等在弥漫性泛细支气管炎（diffuse panbronchiolitis，DPB）、支气管哮喘、囊性纤维化（cystic fibrosis，CF）、支气管扩张、闭塞性细支气管炎（bronchiolitis obliterrans．BO）等呼吸系统疾病中的免疫治疗作用进行了简要总结。
