摘要
目的:评价超声内镜在直肠癌术前分期的准确性。方法:本研究纳入86例直肠癌患者,通过超声内镜检查确定术前分期,并与术后病理分期相对照。结果:T分期的准确率为90%(其中T194%,T292%,T387%,T489%),敏感性和特异性分别为T194%、99%,T280%、99%,T394%、90%,T484%、97%。N分期的准确率为87%,敏感性和特异性分别为90%及84%。结论:超声内镜评价直肠癌术前T,N分期的准确性分别为90%和87%。超声内镜可以评价直肠癌的术前分期,是有效的术前诊断方式。
Objective：To evaluate the accuracy of preoperative staging of rectal cancer with endosonography （EUS）.Methods：The endoscopic ultrasound was used in this study.And we enrolled 86 patients with rectal cancer in the department.They all underwent EUS and compared findings with histopathological staging（pTN）, which was considered the gold standard.Results：The total T stage accuracy was 90%（ T1 was 94%,T2 was 92%,T3 was 87%,T4 was 89%）,the sensitivity and specificity was T1 94%,99%,T2 80%,99%,T3 94%, 90%,T4 84%,97%.The total N stage accuracy was 87%,the sensitivity and specificity was 90% and 84% respectively.Conclusion：The diagnostic accuracy of EUS for T and N staging of rectal cancer is 90% and 87% respectively.EUS can accurately assess the preoperative stage of rectal cancer and it is an useful method for preoperative diagnosis.
