摘要
目的探讨一次性阴道抑菌吸附器唯阴康联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病(BV)的临床疗效。方法140例BV患者随机分成2组,每组70例,A组口服甲硝唑治疗,B组应用唯阴康联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊局部用药治疗,进行比较。结果B组疗效显著高于A组,治疗有效率分别为92.8%和80.0%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=4.93,P<0.05);且复发率低于A组,复发率分别为12.3%及26.8%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=4.09,P<0.05)。结论唯阴康联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗BV,疗效稳定,复发率低,无不良反应,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of a disposable vaginal adsorber for Weiyinkang and lacidophilin vaginal capsules（Yanhua） on bacterial vaginosis. METHODS A total of 140 patients were divided randomly and averagely into the group A and the group B. The two groups were treated respectively by metronidazole or Weiyinkang combined with lacidophilin vaginal capsules. RESULTS The effective rate of the groups B and A was 92.8% and 80.0%, respectively, with significant difference （Х^2=4.93, P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the groups B and A was 12.3% and 26.8% ,respectively, and the former was lower than the latter. There was statistical significance between the two groups （Х^2=4.09, P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The therapeutic effect of Weiyinkang with lacidophilin vaginal capsules on bacterial vaginosis is stable, effective and no side effect, so it deserves to be used clinically.
