摘要
本文报告了1978年～1996年间我科收治的5例罕见的鼻中隔原发癌。其中4例为鳞癌，1例为透明细胞癌。主要症状是鼻塞、鼻出血；检查见瘤体呈结书状。治疗以手术加放疗为主。此外还对该病的病理类型、临床表现、治疗方法、预后进行了讨论。
Primary carcinoma of the nasal septum is a very rare disease. 5 cases treated during 1978-1996 were reported in this paper. 4 cases were squamous carcinoma and 1 case was clear cell carcinoma. Main symptoms were rhinostegnosis and rhinorrhagia. They all accepted surgical operation followed by radiative therapy, Some details about the pathologic classification,clinic manifestation and treating methods had been discussed.
