摘要
通过8个平菇品种的菌株抗烟草花叶病毒活性及各菌株生长特性的测定,筛选出黑平菇为最佳菌株,摇瓶培养菌丝生长量为3.98g/100ml;胞内粗多糖含量10.6%;菌球直径平均为0.193cm。该菌株的菌丝体PBS提取液、胞内粗多糖和发酵滤液对烟草花叶病毒的抑制率分别为66.54%、83.39%和54.3%;
Heipinggu was selected as the best one from eight varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus according to the its inhibition activity against tobacco mosaic virus and growth characteristics.The maximal yield of mycelial biomass(3.98 g/100 ml),crude IPS ratio(10.6%) and the 0.193 cm-diameter mycelial pellets were obtained by submerged fermentation.The inhibition ratios by mycelia extraction with PBS buffer,crude intercellular polysaccharide and fermentation liquor were 66.54%,83.39%and 54.3%, respectively.
