摘要
为探索骨肉瘤与HLAⅠ类抗原关联的内在机制,采用聚合酶链反应/顺序特异的寡核苷酸探针方法,对22例骨肉瘤和48例正常组织对照进行HLADPB1等位基因检测,结果显示,作为HLAⅡ类抗原的DPB1等位基因与骨肉瘤无相关性。
In order to explore the association between human leucocyte antigen (HLA) and osteosarcoma,a polymerase chain reaction technique and sequence specific oligonucleotide probes were used to study the distribution of HLA-DPB1 alleles in osteosarcoma.Twenty two cases of osteosarcoma and forty eight normal controls from Shanghai area were assay.The results show that the HLA class Ⅱ gene DPB1 was not correlated with osteosarcoma.It suggests that HLA class Ⅰ antigen may play a role in the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma.
