摘要
目的:探讨祛毒汤湿敷肛门配合电磁波照射在痔术后患者切口愈合中的应用及效果。方法:将160例痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组用祛毒汤侧卧位湿敷肛门切口配合电磁波照射法,对照组用祛毒汤常规蹲坐位坐浴法,1个疗程(7 d)后比较两组患者切口疼痛、水肿、出血、创面肉芽生长情况及疼痛消失、水肿消退、切口愈合、住院的时间。结果:观察组患者切口疼痛、水肿程度、出血情况均明显轻于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);创面肉芽生长情况优于对照组(P<0.01);疼痛消失、水肿消退、切口愈合、住院的时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:祛毒汤湿敷肛门配合电磁波照射能减轻痔术后患者切口疼痛和水肿,减少出血,有利于创面肉芽生长,且缩短切口愈合、住院时间。
Objective： To explore the effectiveness of electromagnetic irradiation combined with anal wet compress with poison - elimination decoction in wound healing after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods ： 160 patients who received hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into observation and control groups （ 80 cases for each group ）. The electromagnetic irradiation combined with anal wet compress with poison - elimination decoction was applied in observation group, while the conventional squat - bath with poison - elimination decoction was only used in control group. The comparison was made in post - incisional pain, edema, bleeding, growth of wound granulation tissue, the time of disappearance of pain and detumescence, wound healing and duration of hospitalization＇ between the two groups after a treatment course of 7 days. Results： The wound pain, edema and bleeding of the patients were significantly milder than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the growth of wound granulation tissue was better in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. the time of disappearance of pain and detumescence, the time of wound healing and the duration of hospitalization were significantly shorter in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Electromagnetic irradiation combined with anal wet compress with poison - elimination decoction can reduce the wound pain, edema and the amount of bleeding, which is conducive to the growth of granulation tissue and shortening the time of wound healing and days of hospitalization.
