摘要
目的观察小梁切除术中联合丝裂霉素C(MMC)治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法小梁切除术中联合丝裂霉素C治疗18例18眼难治性青光眼,术后随访1年,观察其临床疗效及手术并发症。结果手术成功率为83.3%;眼压由术前的(45.17±12.01)mmHg降至术后的(16.89±3.42)mmHg。采用配对t检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后并发症为滤过泡漏,前房出血,浅前房。结论小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C手术治疗难治性青光眼是一种相对安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C on the refractory glaucoma. Methods A study of clinical effect and complications were conducted on 18 eyes from 18 patients with refractory glaucoma with oneyear follow-up.Results The success rate of surgery was 83.3% .The average IOP decreased from the preoperative（45.17± 12.01） mmHg to the postoperative（ 16.89±3.42）mmHg（P〈0.01 ） .The complications included filtering bleb leakage, hyphema,flat anterior chamber.Conclusion trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C may be effective and safe for treating refractory glaucoma.
