摘要
对重芳烃分离装置中逆流双效精馏的特点进行了分析,利用ChemCAD软件对实际生产状况进行热量平衡计算。结果表明,逆流双效精馏工艺流程通过精馏塔间的热集成,节能率达到48.9%。
The characteris of backward feed double effect distillation for the heavy aromatics separation plant are analysed ,and the heat balance of the real operating condition is calulated with ChemCAD software in this paper.The results show that,with the heat integration of distillation columns,the energy saving efficiency of the backward feed double effect distillation process flow is 48.9 %.
