摘要
对CNG加气站仪表自控系统的组成、设计及控制逻辑做出分析,主要针对该仪表自控系统在CNG加气站施工图设计过程中的系统组成、控制逻辑、接地(仪表系统接地)、防雷、可燃气体报警控制系统及系统安全等方面做出论述。着重对系统组成、控制逻辑及接地三部分进行分析和论述,对防雷部分仅给出仪表范围的论述,鉴于可燃气体报警控制系统在CNG加气站中为辅助检测系统,该文仅给出系统介绍,结合国家、行业及相关规范给出系统安全方面的总结。
The composition, design and control logic of the instrumentation automatic control system in CNG filling stations are analysed. Mainly the instrumentation control system components, control logic, grounding(Instrumentation), lightning protection, combustible gas alarm control system and security of the system in the process of the detailed design of CNG filling stations are presented. It is focused on system components, control logic and grounding three parts. The analysis is given only instrument on the scope of grounding, the combustible gas alarm control system for CNG filling stations in the detection system is auxiliary, it only gives a systematic introduction. In line with the state, profession and the relevant norms the summary about the system security is presented.
