摘要
目的探讨三维彩色多普勒超声在产科产前常规检查中的临床应用价值。方法应用三维彩色多普勒超声对3612例孕周在20～40周的孕妇进行常规超声检查,并对需要的部分进行三维成像,检查中有工作站同步进行数据和图像记录。结果3612例孕妇中发现胎儿畸形25例,前置胎盘23例,胎盘早期剥离1例,羊水异常145例,脐血流异常4例,脐带绕颈841例,臀位85例,双胎18例,三胎2例。结论三维彩色多普勒超声检查是产科产前检查中简便可靠的方法,为提高围生儿生存质量及确保母婴健康提供重要诊断依据。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance, of three-dimensional colour Doppler uhrasongraphy in Prenatal routine examination. Methods 3 612 cases pregnant woman of 20-40 gestational weeks were examined with three-dimensional colour Doppler ultrasongraphy.If necessary can do three-dimensional colour Doppler imaging,at the same time record images and data. Results 25 cases of fatal malformation ,23 cases of placenta previa ,1 cases of placental abruption ,145 cases of abnormal amniotic fluid ,4 cases of abnormal umbilical cord biood flow ,85eases of breech presentation ,18 cases of twins,2 cases of triplets,841 eases of umbilical cord around the tight. Conclusion Three-dimensional Colour Doppler ultrasongraphy examination is simple and reliable method in obstetric prenatal care.provided an important diagnosis basis for enhance quality of perinatal maternal and child health.
