摘要
利用高温高压釜设备辅以失重法、采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)技术,研究了在动静两种状态下CO2分压对P110钢腐蚀产物膜的影响。结果表明,P110钢在不同CO2分压条件下的产物膜特征(形貌、厚度、晶粒度大小等)相差很大,腐蚀产物膜在不同CO2分压条件下的不同特征及其稳定存在的热力学条件导致P110钢的腐蚀速率随着CO2分压的增大呈现不同的趋势,在静态时腐蚀速率呈先增大后减小的趋势,且在4 MPa时取得最大值;而在动态时呈上升趋势。
Influence of CO2 partial pressure on corrosion scale of P110 steel in stimulated oil field environments was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and x-ray diffraetion(XRD). Simultaneously, the corrosion rate was measured by the weight loss method. The results showed that the different properties and thermodynamic conditions of corrosion scales resulted in different changing trends in the corrosion rate of P110 steel. The corrosion rate increased firstly and decreased subsequently with the increase of CO2 partial pressure in static state, and the maximal corrosion rate was presented at 4 MPa, but it always increased with the increase of CO2 pressure in dynamic state.
