电化学极化对2D12铝合金应力腐蚀断裂敏感性的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Electrochemical Polarization on Stress Corrosion Cracking Susceptibility of 2D12 Aluminum Alloy

摘要 利用慢应变速率拉伸应力腐蚀试验方法评价了高强度铝合金2D12/T4的应力腐蚀敏感性,研究了电化学极化对其应力腐蚀敏感性的影响。结果表明2D12铝合金具有一定的应力腐蚀敏感性,阳极极化对2D12铝合金应力腐蚀敏感性的影响要比阴极极化显著。2D12铝合金的应力腐蚀开裂机制以阳极溶解为主。 The susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of 2D12 aluminum alloy was investigated using slow strain rate test (SSRT). The effect of electrochemical polarization on the SCC susceptibility of 2D12 aluminum alloy was also investigated. The results show that 2D12 aluminum alloy is sensitive to SCC. The anodic polarization has obvious effect on SCC than the cathodic polarization. The SCC mechanism for 2D12 aluminum alloy is mainly anodie dissolution.
