摘要
本文分别探讨了开搏通和地高辛对室间隔缺损合并心力衰竭时患儿红细胞内Ca^(2+)代谢的影响。开搏通治疗后患儿红细胞内Ca^(2+)明显降低;^(45)ca单向性内流无变化,而^(45)Ca净摄取显著下降;膜Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)ATPase和Na^+-K^+ATPase活性明显增加。地高辛治疗后患儿红细胞内Ca^(2+)和^(45)Ca净摄取与治疗前比较均无差异;^(45)Ca单向性内流明显增加,膜Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)ATPase活性呈显著意义的增高,膜Na^+-K^+ATPase活性则明显降低。结果显示,地高辛并不加重心衰时的红细胞内Ca^(2+)超负荷。
The aim of the article was to investigate the influence of captopril and digoxin on calcium metabolism of erythrocytes in children with ventricular septal defect (VSD) complicated with heart failure. The results showed that Ca++ concentration in erythrocytes was found to be evidently reduced i no change was observed in unidirectional inflow of calcium (45Ca); Ca++ net intake was markedly decreased! and the activities of Ca++-Mg++ATPase and Na+-K+ ATPase on ery-throcytic membrane were significantly increased after giving captopril in these patients. Otherwise, no significant differences after or before digoxin administration were found in the Ca++concentration and Ca++net intake in erythrocytes respectively. It is noticed that the unidirectional inflow of Calcium (45Ca) and the activity of Ca++-Mg++ATPase on erythro-cytic membrane were significantly increased, and activity of Na+-K+ATPase on erythrocytic membrane was obviously de- creased in these patients after digoxin treatment. The results indicated that digoxin administration could not aggravate calcium metabolic loading of erythrocytes in these patients with heart failure.
