摘要
的:观察盐酸小檗碱混合物思密达治疗细菌性肠炎的疗效及患者的依从性。方法:将100例患儿随机分成两组,50例治疗组(盐酸小檗碱混合思密达口服),50例对照组(盐酸小檗碱片剂口服)。结果:治疗组在疗效及依从性方面均优于治疗组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:盐酸小檗碱混合思密达口服能改变盐酸小檗碱的口感,患儿对小檗碱依从性高,治疗细菌性肠炎效果好。
Objective：To observe the efficacy and obedience of mixture of berberine hydroehloride and smida when treating children bacterial enteritis. Methods： 100 cases of children bacterial enteritis were divided into two groups randomly, 50 cases were treated by oral intaking mixture berberine hydrochloride and Smida （ treatment group）, others 50 cases were treated by oral intaking berberine hydrochloride tablets （ control group ）. Results ： The efficacy and obedience of treatment group is better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Berberine hydrochloride mixing Smida by oral intaking could change the taste of berberine hydrochloride and had higher obedience, improved the effect of bacterial enteritis with children.
