摘要
从水动力特性分析的角度出发利用层次分析法原理,对人工岛工程不同的建设方案进行综合评价,以便在工程开展前对工程可能造成的周围海域的影响进行预测与评估进而筛选出合理的建设方案。所提出的方法对于人工岛工程建设中规划方案的合理选择、减少由于工程的环境因素负面影响和工程的失误所造成的经济社会损失具有实际工程意义。
A comprehensive evaluation method to various artificial island construction schemes based on analytical hierarchy process and hydrodynamic analysis is proposed. With the method effect of different artificial island construction plans on the surrounding marine environment can be forecasted before the implementation of artificialisland construction and a reasonable project scheme can be determined. The method has practical engineering sig- nificance on rational selection of artificial island plans, reducing economic and social negative impact due to unfavorable environment factors and engineering mistakes.
